Zimmerman Cheese, Inc. is a family owned and operated business that is located in the rolling hills of southwestern Wisconsin.  This cheese manufacturing plant, located in Wiota, began operations in it's current location in 1979.  Muenster, Brick and Baby Swiss are among the specialty cheeses that Zimmerman Cheese creates.  Zimmerman Cheese is owned and operated by the third generation of a family that takes great pride in producing the highest quality cheeses available.
