Our software support section of our Web provides for submitting software bug reports, customer enhancement suggestions,  and much more.  All of this is instantly available via the Internet or our dial-in ports to only our current customers.  As always we also provide telephone and unlimited e-mail software support.

All data is maintain in Microsoft Access tables for easy translation into other Microsoft Office applications.  This includes Microsoft Excel for spreadsheet analysis or review.  This data may also be used for producing graphs for trend analysis.

All of our report generators and check writers output to laser type printers.  This provide a very professional "type set" looking output. We even provide automatic check signing using scanned signatures.  Our software is also designed to use low cost laser checks readily purchased from NEBS to save you $$$$$.

Backup all your monthly data on our secure and private area of our server.  Whether you use our dial-in ports or access us via the Internet, you can be assured your data will remain totally secure.  When disaster strikes,  you can be back in operation in a matter of a couple hours.
